Matteo Cressoni finished the 1000km race of Paul Ricard, third round of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, with a great personal performance that has not nevertheless made any significant result in the final standing: the driver from Mantua has in fact achieved the Pole Position of class PRO-AM at the last lap of Q3! The red Ferrari 488 GT3 no. 11 then kept the head of the class in the first hour of the race thanks to the great performance of Rizzoli, but suffered a mechanical failure in the second hour with Broniszewski, accumulating a gap of seven laps from the head due to the repair.
Matteo’s efforts during the third and sixth driving hours were worth nothing: the Italian-Polish crew closed the French race in P11 of class PRO-AM, P32 overall.
The next round of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup will be on July 29th and 30th on the legendary circuit of Spa-Francorchamps for the Total 24 Hours.

After a couple of days of relax with the family, Matteo is now already flying to the US to take part at the incoming 6 Hours of Watkins Glen, with the Ferrari 488 GTD of the American team Scuderia Corsa: the race will start on Sunday 2nd of July at 10AM (local time), the link at the live timing and streaming is available in the “live News!” section of this website.

Once again, Good Luck Matteo!
