The second round of Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, last May 14th in Silverstone (UK), did not finish as expected from Matteo Cressoni and his teammates.
Despite some initial difficulties in setting up the red Ferrari 488 GT3, solved by the ever-great guys of the Kessel Racing team, the number 11 could have sought out the podium of the category, thus collecting precious points in championship optics: however, the fate did not work when, at the seventh lap of the race, the defenseless Broniszewski was hit and pushed off the track by an Audi R8 then sanctioned with a 5 minutes stop for misconduct.
The return to the box and the subsequent damage repair resulted in a 4-laps delay on the head of the race: Andrea Rizzoli in the second stint and an excellent Matteo in the third were not able to spin a gap that turned out to be too wide , thus closing in the 14th position of PRO-AM class and 44th overall.

Partially overcome the disappointment, the Italian-Polish crew and the Swiss team will be back in the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup on June 23rd and 24th at the 1000 kms of Paul Ricard in Le Castellet (France): Free Practice and Pre-Qualifying on Friday, Qualifying and Race on Saturday (at 10Am and 6PM local time), broadcast live on Eurosport/MotorSport TV/RTBF/Sport 5/NOVA Sports/RTL 7/Sport TV/NTV/BT Sport (Europe), Star Sports/SINA/Fox Sports 3 Asia (China and Asia), Fox Sports (Australia), Fox Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America), CBS Sports (USA and Canada), and live streaming at the link available in the “live News!” section of this website.

Once again, Good Luck Matteo!
